Crappy drummer that keeps time

Hey I'm an older guy been playing drums since I was young but never practiced like I should have so I'm no expert drummer but I do keep time. I'm basically just a 4/4 beat drummer that can do basic fills. I've never been into complicated rock anyways, I've always felt the drummer just Lay's down the beat and the show belongs to the guitarist and the vocals. I do learn music fairly quickly if it's not a complicated beat. I'm into all music even gospel or church. I have not played in a band or jammed with anyone in years just cranked tunes out on the stereo or headphones. I have two pro kits, one electric and one acoustic.
