I am amazed how many people are out of work and say they want to find a job and no ones hires them. I have posted several ads in your City and have only had a few responses. It is a mess and honestly frustrating that so many just complain but don't follow up when we call and discuss the job. Ashley was one of them. I won't say her name in full but I will say she agreed to help run an event then ghosted me and the opportunity. I now am looking for someone who can fill her spot. I want to badly to post her name and photo just to prove a point but I am bigger than that. I need someone to work the Fair selling Heat compressions.. they are an established item at the fair. We sell a lot and have a good time doing it. I need a lead person to assist in keeping it going for the fair schedule.. Set up monday the 10th and work the fair the 12to to the 23rd.
