Lost drone in a pond, 15 feet from shore. Need someone to retrieve it

On Saturday I was flying my drone in Wesley Chapel, near Seven Oaks, when there was a power malfunction and it went down in to a pond about 15 feet from the shore. I don't have the means to go in after it myself, but I am willing to pay someone to retrieve it for me. I don't know how deep the water is in that location, but I can't imagine it would be more than 6 feet and probably less than that, but I don't know for sure. The water is pretty murky so there is not much visibility. I know the precise location where it splashed down. I have some flexibility with the amount I'm willing to pay, please work with me.
