Seeking Presonus Studio Advice/Tutor

I will trade violin tracks for advice on how to use my Presonus Studio Pro 3 Software the right way. I can track violin for your originals electric, or acoustic if you can mic it. Still using good old Sonar because it always works, but Presonus Pro is still a mystery, can't seem to mute tracks, or the best way to use the SW effects (I still use external rack...it also always works). I also have a lot of plug ins and loops that dumb me out. My recording originals are in the vein of soft rock, adult contemporary, soft jazz, flamenco, etc. Expert on violin (depending on the day lol), hack on keys. Jorge Central Phoenix.
