I am looking for an Attorney that would be willing to taking my present case - and commit to win the case and from the proceeds : Except what I can afford to pay Him / Her: For an Investment House that I have had under a Contract For Deed Property Sold As Is: 12-12-2013: That basically the buyer defaulted on before - during - after 12-31-2020: When the Final Large Balloon Payment Was Due I executed a Declaration of Intent to Forfeit and Terminate Contract for Deed. The buyer engage attorney services and filed and won what was suppose to be a temporary restraining order which I found later: Is not dated This / My Case has been tied up in the District Court; with no response: Even after I engaged an attorney for a Short time [With Ne Results] at first.
