I need a presentable well dressed adult aged 24+ to visit a townhome being listed for sale this Sunday, Oct 9 between 12:00 PM to 3:00PM. Should only take approximately 5-10 minutes to view the home and pick up copies of the listing from the real estate agent and more importantly, all copies of the mortgage lenders rates or programs that are being offered at the listing. I believe the lender is Truist Mortgage. I am a lender & do not want the real estate agent or lender to know that I am interested in seeing their materials, because if they did, they may not want to give me (the competition) a copy of their interest rate program’s & materials that they will offer prospective homebuyers at the listing. I can meet you in LEESBURG and drive you into the gated community or you can drive into the community yourself, telling the guard at the gate that you are there to see a home that is being listed for sale by ReMAX and then meet you in LEESBURG or a nearby shopping center (Leesburg Outlet Malls) to pick up copies of the documents and pay you the $100.00 cash.
