Starting a Day Care

I'm a young 70 and would like to start a "day care" in my home. Raised 3 great children who are now a bit older now. I have 3 cats and 1 dog who's very loving and friendly. Prefer 2 yrs. old and younger so I keep up to them & give them the care they need. $20 hourly Please respond with info. Will not take child without immunizations (have proof) Thanks
