Our focus is native and sustainable gardens! not lawns Part-Time, Seasonal, M-Th Scheduling Available BCGS- Top Denver residential garden maintenance company now offering positions for experienced Landscape/ Garden Maintenance crew members. We are looking for like-minded team members to help us carry out our mission of organic, pesticide-free gardening. Since 2004 we have serviced the residential Denver Metro area. In addition to providing quality care to landscapes with detailed attention to native flowering Perennials, Annuals and Shrubs, we create and maintain beautiful outdoor living experiences for our clients. This sometimes includes Food Crops Care, Management and Harvest. Garden/ Landscape Maintenance Crew Member ($18+/hr, based on experience) Seasonal Position- prior experience preferred but not required, pay commensurate with experience. Supports Crew Leaders by assisting with physical tasks such as weeding, pruning, raking, planting, mulching and composting plant beds. Rose pruning experience and a working knowledge of Colorado plant material is preferred (vegetables, annuals, perennials & shrubs) but will train the right person. Regular performance reviews, serious potential for advancement. For All Applicants: Strong work ethic and positive attitude appreciated! Excellent time-management and communication skills are essential. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task a must. Must also be able to lift 30lbs. Must have your own vehicle and a valid DL.
