Looking for an experienced carpenter/handy man to work full time on various projects. 20-25$/hr based on experience, abilities, and tool ownership. Must have valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation. Desired Skills and Traits: -ON TIME AND PERSON OF INTEGRITY -light electric (changing light fixtures, ceiling fans etc..)., light plumbing (replacing bathroom vanities and toilets, kitchen sinks, etc...), assisting in laying engineered flooring, laying ceramic tile, -Drywall hanging and finishing -Framing -Tile Installation -Windows and Doors -Siding Repair -Fixture Installation (electric/plumbing) -able to work with no supervision.
