Description
Small modest building with fewer than 10 units, Looking for a skilled part-time handyman (changes locks, hangs wall items, fixtures, assembles furniture) along with porter/super duties who is familiar with building maintenance duties, trash removal, cleaning and mopping interior and maintaining outside grounds, pest control and troubleshooting plumbing, or heating needs, etc. Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment 1-2 days a week, or often a few times a month. Able to deal with service contractors, appliance vendors, unruly tenants, be there for deliveries of oil, gas or utility workers if needed.
If you have experience in any or all of these areas let us know and lets talk. Able to start as soon as this week. Only part-time, but can use you at other sites if needed for extra pay. $20.00 an hour. If looking for full-time job or hours do not apply.
