I am looking for a GC who can help with me a project in West Philly area. This is a rough scope of work with big ticket items: Full Bath Remodel ( down to the studs, move plumbing, install new bathtub, toilet, dual vanity, mirrors and other hardware) Kitchen Remodel ( open up the wall to make open floor plan, new counters, sink, cabinets, backsplash, install appliances) Plank flooring, trim, lights and fixture through out the house Paint and clean basement Change the cast iron plumbing pipes in basement to PVC Exterior and interior paint, landscaping Install new central cooling unit to existing furnace Minor touchups, punch and paint stairs etc throughout the house Photos of the property at: If you are a licensed, bonded, insured GC who has a track record of working with investors, please reach out.
