A+ Staffing is hiring friendly and reliable Dog Lovers to support a dog Meet the Breeds Event at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The Meet the Breeds Event is open to the general public and invites people of all ages to meet, pet, and learn about over 100 different dog breeds at their own pace. Throughout the day, attendees will be entertained by different dog demonstrations that showcase the best in the sport and the jobs that dogs were bred and trained to do. The event includes unique activities such as testing agility skills in our interactive area and participating in games and photo opportunities with the whole family. DATES: Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15 TIMES: Shifts vary between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm PAY: $21.00 per hour (W2 position with weekly pay. Payment for this job will be direct deposited on Friday, October 21) A+ Event Staff will be filling a variety of roles, including registration, greeters, ticket takers and more. UNIFORM: Black pants, plain white shirt, comfortable closed toed shoes or sneakers. Client will provide an AKC branded t-shirt to wear during the event. All team members will be standing on their feet for the majority of your shift. ***NOTE – Please do not sign up for this job if you are allergic to dogs or afraid of dogs.
