Interested in covering music by The Cure?

Middle aged metal head here that plays guitar, piano and can sing backing vocals. I'm interested in forming a tribute band of "The Cure" as a hobby, (I've been a fan of their music for a long time) gigging is not a goal currently but I'm not opposed, if this evolved into that. This is more about covering music by The Cure, tipping some beers, and having fun playing their music with other similar minded fans / musicians who are into their music too.
