Painter needed

Hi, I am in search of an experienced painter(s). I have opened my own small painting business and I’m looking for one or two experienced, friendly and motivated painters. Projects are primarily painting residential interior for the moment but I do dabble in finish carpentry and some flooring. Generally within 25 miles of Schaumburg and position will be part-time/full-time with one week hold back. Projects have been flowing consistently and I am generally booked between 3 to 4 weeks in advance. I would like motivated and independent individuals who I can leave on the job site while I check on other projects or run estimates. I plan to be on job sites working until I can find workers with similar hustle and work ethic. Please let me know your experience and goals as I’ll currently be paying cash until I build the company to the point I can set up payroll w2 etc.
