Looking for someone who can detail cars and has some mechanical abilities. One day you could be detailing a car, the next day you could be doing mechanical work. Or both in the same day. (For example, Brakes, Oil Changes, Alternator, etc..) You will need to be flexible. Basically we will be taking older, well used cars, and bringing them back to life. I need a healthy strong individual that can handle some labor intensive days. Not everyday, but most days. (For example, Scrubbing carpets, carrying interior vehicle seats and hand waxing a car) You will be working at my heated shop, which is in my garage, here in Crown Point, IN. Everything you need will be provided by me. (Cleaning products, tools, etc..) Just need you to show up and be willing to work hard. You don't have to know everything but need to have some common sense. I am willing to teach you so we can grow together. I need someone who is willing to stick it out for the long run. I am looking to grow this business and bring you with me as my right hand man. You will be getting paid cash at the end of every third day of work. You will have the opportunity to make good money, up to $1,000 per week, no less than $100 dollars per day. This all depends on workload and productivity. There will be days you run around with me to pick up cars with my truck and trailer. $50 on those days. Also, certain jobs will be incentivised. The faster you complete your work, the more money you will make. The more money you help me make, the more money I will pay you. I am a firm believer in having a happy employee.
