Description

Seeking a detail-oriented handyman and craftsperson to work on two houses in Klamath Falls. Jobs include insulation, tile, sheetrock, window installs, door adjustments, painting, light duty plumbing and electrical and finishing carpentry. We easily have six months of fulltime work. Willing to negotiate hours per week (full or part time) and a fair hourly rate and contract. Both houses are occupied, which will mean establishing a work routine and presence that is predictable and low key (obviously, some racket-making is unavoidable). Generally, someone will be onsite during workdays to answer questions or help troubleshoot. We value clear communication, creativity, and teamwork.
