We are 4 members forming a new country cover band with members from several local bands (Drums, Guitar/pedal steel/fiddle, Lead/rhythm guitar, and Vocalist). We are actively recruiting bass guitar. Brand and market aware We are not spring chickens, but still have lots of energy. We're looking for like-minded people who are willing to put in the rehearsal time to get out a quality, fun product. (we usually rehearse once a week, 4 to 5 songs at a time) We are looking specifically for a bass guitarist who can play competent COUNTRY bass parts. We have worked with several musicians who say "yeah, I can do country" but when they start playing it, they either can't get the nuances of country music, or aren't motivated by it. Then we lose several weeks of rehearsal time. So, if you have a passion for country music and are motivated by country bass we are interested in you. We are playing a variety of male vocalist tunes from all era's. I can send you a list if necessary.
