Please be aware that JOSH SPEARS (doing business out of Longview, WA), business NEXGEN BUILDERS is a scam artist. I hired him to do a inside remodeling job and he asked for $1000 for materials which I stupidly gave him, never saw him again. Note, I asked him to send me his licensing info before I had him do the job, I also called his references. I have since found other people who he has also done this to. He is leaving his business cards around the area, he also does work for the tribes. Please forward this info on to businesses/people. Be aware, he will take your money and you'll never see him again.
