I need an experienced hvac person to diagnose and hopefully repair a problem. Fan blower motor is not coming on. Condenser fan motor also not coming on. Loud buzzing sound. Main fan/herm capacitor is good.
Package unit is on top of single story house with flat roof. Job is in Davis.
I’m willing to pay a $60.00 diagnostic fee.
