I heard this name on the radio here in Sacramento the other day on my morning drive to San Francisco. It's the name of a lady from French Guinea. Her name is: Ho U Phat. No kidding! I almost died laughing. Then I got to thinking...What if you had a name like that growing up in California? That would be awful. Then I remembered something my 18 year old son told me. He said "Mom, my friends see my results from working hard at the gym and are jealous. I dont think people realize how much sacrifice it takes to achieve results in life." I see people everywhere that have given up on life. They are fat, depressed, and working jobs they hate. You want results? Put in the work. Ho U Phat! Hit the gym, go back to school, and get those results. You could have grown up with a name like; Ho U Phat! You are blessed!
