I need 3 things at same location: 1. DEMO: I need the "catwalk" connector demolished (see Google street view) between 2 existing houses at 805 & 801 Metropolitan Pkwy Atlanta 30310 and I need the front corner concrete pad demo and removal (or loading to container) from front corner area at 805. 2. FRAMING: I need Dry-in of all demolished wall and roof openings with new framing, sheathing / siding, decking and temporary roofing (we can discuss options) 3. SIDING REMOVAL: I need all vinyl removed from exterior of both adjacent houses (no vinyl removal work needed on large metal warehouse attached to rear of smaller home at 801, and no vinyl removal separate from catwalk demo either, obviously). LATER, SIDING REPAIR: AND MUCH MORE DEMO: I'll need bids for similar demolition and dry-in for the metal warehouse attached to rear of 801 Metropolitan, same location. Either you haul off waste (notate in your bid or bid separately) or if I provide haul-off, then all waste will need "back-to-front" efficient loading of rear of dumpster, to be located on-site in rear parking area off Gillette St. Looking forward to receiving final bids after you've been onsite.
