Looking for a Jack of All Trades.
$25/hr - pay at the end of each day (Zelle or Venmo or Apple/Google Pay)
Must be consistent, reliable and detail oriented
Current projects include:
- taking popcorn ceiling off (easy - no asbestos 1997 bulding) + refinish + painting ceilings
- patching drywall/drywall joint repair + painting walls
- ripping carpet out + subfloor leveling + LVP install + stair steps replacement + stain?
- putting together kitchen cabinets + hanging them
- must have plumbing + electrical knowledge/experience (not moving plumbing or electrical, only replacing/updating)
- take out some cabinets in bathrooms (if I'm not done with them yet)
- tile 1/2 bath flooring
- New baseboard installation
- construction debris removal to local facility (I'm putting them into construction bags, if you don't have a truck, I'll rent one).
I can do a 90% of the above myself, however I don't have the luxury of the time. Depending on my schedule I may assist you with some tasks.
