Maintenance Position for a Mobile Home Community in Riverview We are looking for a full-time experienced person with general maintenance & landscaping to join our team. Must be reliable and have a keen eye for detail. Must be able to work as a team participant along with other staff to ensure the community meets all quality and maintenance expectations. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience operating lawn equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, power washers, saws, etc. Experience or willingness to learn how to operate zero turn mowers. Some of the maintenance team duties include: * Maintain common area lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other features * General maintenance of park equipment including preventive maintenance & minor repairs * Clean pool, spa, bathrooms and assist in maintaining any other amenities * Detection and repair of minor underground water lines as needed (1.5” or less) * Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas free of debris and trash * Spread fertilizers, herbicides, etc. on to grass, shrubs and trees * Replace water meters, water spigots, signage, flags, etc. * Repair broken fences, pressure wash community buildings, sidewalks, pool deck, etc. * Maintenance of buildings including replacing bulbs, light fixtures, filters, caulking, touch-up painting, lock replacements, moving furniture, etc. * Assist in monthly water meter readings and delivery of various communications to residents * Assist with holiday decorations throughout the park * Complete work order requests in a timely manner * Perform other related duties as assigned such as minor plumbing and electrical repairs * Report any maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions to the park managers or office * Coordinate daily with the property managers and office * Attend safety meetings and represent the park in a professional manner at all times Job Qualifications: High School Diploma and Valid Driver’s License Minimum Experience: 1 Year in similar role (Mobile Home Park, Apartment Complex, Self Storage) Preferred Experience: 3 Years in similar role Must be able to pass criminal background check Are you who we’re looking for?
