seeking help for trapping a female cat that keeps having kittens

I have successfully trapped and released one female cat from this group of feral/stray cats, but the other female cat is not going into the humane traps. I really need help trapping this cat. There is a free clinic that will spay her once she is trapped, but I’m just having difficulty trapping her at all. I have trapped and rehomed 15 kittens this year with the help of my neighbor. We both love cats and do not want to harm them. We just want to stop this cycle of kittens being born. Please email or text me if you know of someone who can help or if you even just have good advice about what to do. We have two humane traps that we own ourselves but like I said the momma cat is not going into the trap. My number is # . I actually moved away from the condo community where these cats are located, but am still trying to help solve this problem. I am friends with my old neighbor who still lives there, and she is the one trapping the kittens, then I find homes for them. Thank you so much for any advice or help with this!
