Job is located in Concord, MA Room #1 1) primer and 2 coats walls 145 square feet. 2). Paint walls one coat 523 square feet. 3). Paint door trim 85 Lf 2 coats Room #2 1). Prime and paint walls two coats 62 square feet 2). Paint walls one coat 719 square feet. 3). Paint door trim 2 coats 51 LF 4). Paint baseboard 2 coats 20 LF 5). Paint baseboard 1 coat 73 LF. We are a busy restoration contractor with similar regular work year round. Looking for a reliable available subcontractor. Mostly small jobs but a lot of them. We have many regular subcontractors that have worked for us for years. We need to add a painter. You must do the work yourself. We are not interested in you sending you’re your workers to the site you must do the work with your own hands. Responses without a quote or without photos will not be responded too. Do not send emails asking me to call you or asking to come see the work just do the best you can with the info provided herein.
