El recorrido es de 4.5 millas de viaje redondo, pero, ¡valdrá totalmente la pena una vez que disfrutes la vista impotentes desde la cima! Comenzaremos ascendiendo por paisajes boscosos y senderos con impresionantes vistas del río Columbia. Join Vive NW on Saturday October 22nd, 2022 to summit the challenging but rewarding Dog Mountain trailhead. This is a difficult hike with high elevation gain, but worth the reward! The 4.5-mile round trip begins ascending through forest landscapes and impressive views of the Columbia River Gorge. At the summit we will experience jaw-dropping views of the Gorge that includes Mt. Hood and the Columbia River. From here we will drive to Hood River where we will enjoy lunch from a local restaurant and spectacular views of the Columbia River Gorge.
