Women’s Sound Healing CirclePART 3 of a 6 week series Thursday from 7 to 8 pm beginning 10/6 until 11/10 at Mind Body Sanctuary located at 4204 Leary Way NW, Seattle, WA. Healing Harmony is offering this circle to those identifying and experiencing the world as women who desire a safe space to deepen their connection to self, community and the divine feminine. This is a weekly circle for women to explore a deeper connection to self through guided meditation, journaling, and sound healing. You will learn and practice tools for fostering peace, compassion, and empathy for a deeper connection to community through breathwork, body movement, and vocalization. This circle will explore the goddesses Hathor, Lakshmi and Kali to deepen our understanding of the expression of the divine feminine and create rituals and practices for growing our relationship with this energy and presence in our lives. Join us as we gather in a healing community to deepen our connection to our spiritual selves and explore the divine feminine through mindfulness, chanting, and gratitude practice.
