I am looking for a wrongful termination attorney that would be willing to take a case on contingency. I was terminated from my position at Diamond Offshore Drilling in October 2021 over the COVID vaccine mandate after Governor Greg Abbott signed the executive order reinforcing the rights of persons filing religious exceptions. I have to have an attorney that is willing to take this case on contingency because my finances have been wrecked because of what this company has done to me and many others. I am a father of 4. I have already filed a charge of Descrimination with the EEOC against my previous employer and have agreed to Meditate only to have the company continually put me off and ask for additional time to make a respondents position statement. I have been waiting for an entire year to get through everything with the EEOC just to have them continue to put me off and I have been told that I am legally within my rights to hire an attorney and request a letter of the right to sue according to my contact at the EEOC.
