Join Ann Holaday, C.A.P. for a series of classes in which we will learn the principles of Ayurveda and how to apply them in daily life to achieve optimum health. The goal is to understand our own unique characteristics, so that we can make the necessary changes to bring balance into our lives while addressing particular health issues.
Classes will include group sharing & discussion, yoga stretches, breathing, relaxation, and lectures on the Ayurvedic principles, the mind, diet and lifestyle.
