Now imagine a system that is very affordable with 40-60% of the installation costs being covered by a rebate from NPU.* NPU's Cooling and Heating Incentive Pilot Program (CHIPP) is offering rebates that can reduce the cost of a new energy efficient heat pump system by 40-60%.* NPU representatives, local contractors, technical experts and local lenders will be on hand to answer your questions. Who: All Norwich Public Utilities Customers are welcome Where: Rose City Senior Center at 8 Mahan Drive in Norwich, CT When: Thursday, November 3rd from 4:30 – 6:00PM (Doors open at 4:30, a presentation will begin at 5PM) Light refreshments will be served. *Heat pump system costs will vary widely based on configuration, location, installer, and manufacturer. Actual percentage of total system cost covered by the CHIPP rebate will vary accordingly.
