I'm on Bayview in Alameda just had a medium sized dog without collar approach driveway where I'm watering he she seemed very scar d and definitely lost black and tan short hair med sized looks to be mix of coon dog and possibly Shepard tried to call him her to give water not wearing collar. Heading in the southern direction from me
