It will include extensive training in harm reduction strategies and personal safety approaches to the communication of these diseases. Will learn personal safety as well as protective factors associated with HIV, STD's and Hep C. Individuals will also learn preventative approaches and issues related to stigma and language and the impact on those effected by these diseases. How to empower individuals and engage in community-based prevention strategies within the recovery community will be discussed
