minor plumbing issue

2 issues: 1. gray water from wash machine...18 months ago my wash machine was backing when water was going out hired a handy man who reconfigured the gray water egress...the pipe that ran into the side yard, allowing the dirty water from wash to be distributed in yard... today it is slowly repeating the same issue...not as bad as before, when water would run on the foor of the the room with wash machine... I need someone to dig up the shallow trench where the gray water is being dispensed and unclog the box that was made to help dispense the water 2. temperature pressure relief valve on top of hot water heater not allowing steam to dissipate had this issue last year, handyman opened valve and the steam from hot water heater dissipated today I cannot get the valve to open....its very tight where the top of hot water heater is, but is is reachable.... at any rate, if these two issues are in your wheelhouse, send a text or email..I will need somewhat of an estimate before you come out... located 1 block off of Manatee in West Bradenton
