Thursday November 10th, Alaska Geographic is hosting a celebration for Alaska’s public lands the best way we know how: with a local Alaskan band at a well-known Alaskan establishment and, of course, alongside the members and supporters that contribute to the longevity of Alaska’s wildest places. Join us in celebration as we highlight our direct support to Alaska’s public lands and share stories of our 2022 outdoor education programs. Here's something to celebrate - we provided 78 Alaska-youth with no-cost excursions into Alaska's backcountry where they were educated about and inspired by Alaska's most beautiful places. If you're unfamiliar of our work or looking to learn more, this is a great opportunity to do so alongside the soothing sounds of Blackwater Railroad Company and the delicious indulgences of Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehouse foods. Members receive free entry to the exclusive event. All attendees will receive an AK Geo and Humpy’s branded pint-glass. All ticket sales benefit Alaska Geographic in this year-end celebration. Food and beverages available for purchase.
