I am an architectural designer and have a prefab cabin design that hundreds of people around the world want The problem is contractors are requesting 250k for something that really costs 10k to make … and probably 50k if clients want all the interiors such as kitchen and bath. (Of course we would charge additional for installation) If anyone would like to “manufacture” these cabins with me and be on the team… they are simple 20x10 boxes made of a wood or steel frame and PC paneling… I already have a client who wants this job done on his property ASAP with installation. This is a simple box with a simple PreFab bathroom and mini kitchen - instead of being greedy let’s get tons of jobs! Countless clients waiting on it. Let me know who can help with this.
