garage space/storage needed maybe barter

Hello i am looking for a garage to use as storage of personal items, it should be 10x25 or 10x30 in the south bay area i have a garage now been there 4 years practically but there is a lot of bad stuff going on now and i need to get away from that. I need to have access to it 24 hours a day, not that i will be actually there at all hours or even going a lot but just for it to be accessible at any time if need be. preferably: .i would like there to be power available only when i am moving things around or doing whatever so that i can recharge certain things. . would like to be able to do some LIGHT work, meaning i am in the process of customizing some toys .be able to work on my car like when i need to do minor tune ups BARTER: maybe in exchange for part of the rent i canhelp with what you might need help with. i am good at building and fixing things, i used to take care of kids last one was a 7 year old girl (love that lil butthead haha) and i used to help my martial arts master teach kids. I also cook very well can do some light maintenance around the house/apartment, i am/was in the security industry so i still have a basic security clearance. i am also in the process of re-starting & starting some businesses i used to be in as in a business and legal consultant so i can help if you have a business or starting one. (some of th eother stuff im researching patents and trade marks for electronics stuff im working on) im not into drugs, weed, cigarettes or anything like that, maybe wine since im part Italian so if you know of anything please let me know.
