Mini-split installers?

Hello everyone, I’m looking for an affordable handyman/person that could install a mini split in my apartment. I already bought the mini split which is a 18000 btu, and hope to find someone for under $700. Really wanna get this done before it gets super cold. If anyone knows anyone that could do it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
