Looking for a reliable cleaner/property manager for airbnbs

Looking for a Cleaner/Property Manager for my Airbnb. I have 3 units (two are 1bdrs, and one 3 bdr). The person will be responsible for managing the property wholeheartedly. Looking for someone tech savvy that will be able to look at calendar and automatically see when people check in/check out and clean without being told. I have about 6 turnovers a week or around 20-24 plus turnovers a month. Pay can be done weekly via Zelle or Paypal. Ideally the person will need to be available to clean as soon as the person checks out between 11am-12pm. Duties include: Cleaning, occasional staging of property. Alerting me if any issues with property or maintenance issues so they can be fixed. I need this person to be my second eyes right before the guest comes in to ensure a seamless check in. Handy is a plus and anything outside the scope of cleaning the person will be compensated for. Also will need the person to stock up items occasionally. It’s a plus if the person can also be avail in case a guest needs somethings or on call (run light errands) etc. Bonus/salary increases will be included. As my STR/Airbnb business grows person will be able to take on additional units/manage property also. If you have access to a backup cleaner that is a plus. Looking for someone reliable, that loves what they do, will handle property and take action and handle things in a timely matter with little to no direction. if you're near Riverside area or close to 78741 a plus. Avail Monday-Sunday is a plus. Checks in are generally Thursday or Sundays and days can alternate/vary based on reservations Salary is negotiable. typical pay will be: 1bdr $50-60 3bdr $100-110
