You must have 1 year min experience in Residential/ or Commercial Construction Id prefer you have SUV or PICKUP. As trust is earned you can do jobs alone after 3-4 weeks training with me Id prefer you have a drill set Tape measure hammer, misc hand tools I AIM TO HAVE 3 Trucks and Crews going by this time next year. Get On Board and be apart one of the Best Home Remodeling and Repair company's in NORTHERN VA Duties: Skilled Demolition and General Construction Clean Up Table Saw Chop saw Skil saw experience a must. Clean CUTS= Clean WORK Tile saw experience a plus. Also understand how to listen and follow directions IN ORDER 100% Know When to ASK questions. No one knows it all and ultimately the customer is my Boss and I am to be yours. So we all play our position. Drywall and Painting is included in almost all jobs. Because I AM A SMALL COMPANY I focus on doing a better job than the next guy but also finding a cost medium allowing for best of both worlds.
