Lost dog spotted in College Acres

Lost dog, pictured, running loose at the intersection of Clear Run and Mallard on Friday 10/7 around 4:30 PM. Had a collar; I tried to check for tags but he dashed off behind a house. Did manage to snap the picture before approaching. Hope his owner can find him.
