Last month we shared many of the reasons why we have chosen to raise our own food and why we believe it’s important for people to understand where their food is coming from. We also held our very first chicken processing class went smoothly and everyone walked away feeling like they’d learned a valuable skill AND with a processed chicken in hand to feed their family. Many people reached out asking if we’d be holding another class. So, here it is. Our last class for the year.
