What’s the status on these class action lawsuits against China?

Joe Biden’s brother works at this law firm but I don’t think he’s involved in these lawsuits. I have not heard whether these lawsuits are still pending or were dismissed. China lied, people died (and are still dying) and they have made no assurances this won’t happen again. I fear it will happen again if they aren’t held accountable.
