I have a boxer pitbull mix. Her name is Maggie. She is 2. When I got her I knew nothing about her, besides that she was abused a little bit. They didn’t know her birthday or anything. I took her to the vet and they gave her a birthday of may 1st 2020. She got her rabies shot and when I first got her I gave her a parvo shot that had some other stuff in it. I got it from tractor supply store. She is a really sweet dog. She is so smart. She has some behavioral issues. She needs to be an only dog for a little bit. She needs training. She’s not necessarily aggressive. I have talked to multiple different trainers and they have told me it’s fear aggression, or not even aggression. She gets excited seeing another dog. She cries and her hair goes up but she’s never lunged at another dog and bit them. We have taken her on walks and whenever there are other dogs very close to her she will cry and try to go to them to smell but that’s it. She jumps on people, we have been trying to work on it and it has gotten better but she just needs overall training. She needs a big yard. She is a very special dog to me I’m sad to have to do this but I want better for her. I would still love to receive pictures of her and to know how she’s doing, that’s also very important to me.
