Hello. We are looking for a band to join to our rehearsal space at the Old Rainier Brewery (ORB). The room has a shared drum kit and PA. There is a shared bass cab. There's some storage, though not enough for drum sets or massive amps, The room is clean and organized. Rent is paid electronically, month to month, and proratable at move-in. Move-out requires one month notice. First and last month's rent is due at move-in. If interested, please email for pricing and availability.
