Looking for someone who is able and available to do light jobs for tenants including: - Spackle a wall - Stop a leak - Install light bulbs in high ceilings - And other odds and ends around the home This would be a great opportunity for a retiree or someone who has the skills, is not too busy and looking for a little extra monthly income. $50-$100/month compensation A couple of the tenants are located in NE Philly so we can provide reimbursement for gas used to get there and back. Tenants are located in 19151 and 19124 area codes. Will provide more information if selected.
