Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Responsabilidades Limpie y suministre las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) Realizar y documentar las actividades de inspección y mantenimiento de rutina. Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza pesada y proyectos especiales. Notificar a la gerencia sobre las deficiencias que se produzcan o las necesidades de reparación. Hacer ajustes y reparaciones menores Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro Cooperar con el resto del personal. Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad *MUST HAVE COMMERICAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE. *MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE * PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SIDE GIG ONLY 4 hours a week and 6 hours every other week. Once we see how well your Performance is more hours will be offered to you. $15 hour- $60 dollars a week MUST LIVE WITHIN 5 MILES FROM CONSHOHOCKENS!!!
