Saw a colision merging onto 10

As I was in the process of merging onto 10 on October 7th some time between 5:25pm and 5:45pm, I saw a minor collision between a black vehicle and a kind of reddish vehicle as a result of reckless driving. I don't know any of the individuals involved, nor was I able to get any license plate number. But if you were in either of those vehicles at the time and need someone who can give an unbiased, 3rd party account to either police, insurance, or the court, please let me know, and I'll be happy to do so.
