Need Kitchen Cabinets Sanded & Painted

We have a $2200 max budget and need our kitchen cabinets and island sanded and painted dark brown. Please see photos attached. We will supply paint, you supply all tools. Cabinets needs to be taken off and sanded/painted back and front. Inside cabinets not needed. Must have references and photos of jobs done.
