Elite Landscaping & Design, is Northern Colorado's premier full-service design and installation landscaping company. We are a growing extremely fast and looking for hard working, self-motivated and team-oriented individuals who have a passion for the industry. Looking to hire a Foremen, Landscape installers, and Maintenance Crew Position Overview: Our Landscapers will work together to provide our Elite clients with the best service that Northern Colorado has to offer. We offer Full-time, Part-time, or Internship Employment with pay ranges from $15-25 an hour based on experience, work ethic, and willingness to work. Duties include but are not limited to: • Digging holes and trenches • Hauling topsoil and mulch • Laying rock • Pushing wheelbarrows • Planting trees, shrubs and flowers • Grading manually and mechanically • Installing irrigation drip systems/trenching • Using manual hand tools such as shovels for extended periods of time • Mowing and trimming • General Maintenance • Spring/Fall Clean-ups Eligibility Requirements: • Entry level - No experience required, but irrigation or landscape experience a plus, and pay flexible dependent on experience • Must be at least 18 years of age • Reliable transportation to and from work Work Environment/Physical Requirements: • Work 8-10+ hours per day with applicable breaks with some overtime/weekend work required during busier parts of season • Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. (mulch, rock, etc.) • Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.) • Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day We are committed to Diversity and Inclusion.
