BRAND AMBASSADOR Mission Statement: Poetic Pillow is a mission driven social enterprise based in the San Francisco bay area. Our missions to support arts education, foster initiatives in mental health and lessen our environmental footprint are principles guiding our organization. Role: As a Brand Ambassador of Poetic Pillow, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with customers to represent our brand in a positive light, help increase brand awareness and sales. Core Duties: Poetic Pillow is offering a Brand Ambassadorship beginning the fall of 2022. You will join and become a team member at High Point Market, the largest furnishings trade show in the world. This position is focused on customer service, digital marketing and trade show operations. The position is located in High Point, North Carolina and will require onsite work manning the showroom at Suites at Market Square. As a Brand Ambassador, you will gain valuable experience in brand building and customer service. A few core duties include: - Tradeshow Setup - Order Writing - Content Creation During Market - Customer Follow-up - Marketing Plan - Marketing campaigns - Implementation of Marketing campaigns - Measuring Results and Moving Forward Specific skills requested: - excellent communication skills - able to manage several tasks at hand - presentation skills - interpersonal skills - MS Office skills word, powerpoint, excel equivalent - social media fluency - positive attitude - proactive with work basket - team player - professionalism Estimated Hours per week: - 5 hours per week depending on business need and candidate's abilities - High Point Market: October 20 - 26, market hours Other notes: Our Brand Ambassadorship is an opportunity to work in a small yet growing team environment in the Home Textile industry.
